Unlocking The Modem with The Unlock Code
To make use of the unlock code, insert an unauthorized sim card to your Huawei modem. Unauthorized sim card meaning sim card from any operators other than the one the modem is currently locked to.

Do not download firware from Stupid websites. You can download the lates firmware from http://www.ezmodem.com

Hi Guys! I used the Universal MasterCode Software. I am using Huawei E153u-2, my IMEI is 352374042242084 and it gave me my unlock code 55797428 and flash code 43613458. Every time I plug the modem to my PC, it doesn’t prompt for the unlock code. I want to use another sim to be used abroad, but I don’t know how it will work as it isn’t working here. Please help.

@salbahista, a usb modem stick is only for use to give you internet access THROUGH a network provider. If your network provider does not give you access, you dont get it. Although some proxies are there with some configurations to achieve this. It’s not the modemcrack that gives you free internt access.

Hi Jason – Made some progress by using a different laptop for the code writer and it detected te port. Got the message ‘Unlock’ okay Is that the end of the process? I have just tried my mobile phone 3G sim but not getting a connection. Any ideas?

Was still a problem with the laptop. Once I tried a different laptop, it worked. fantastic and the code writer updated the user interface/code. Sometimes 2 laptops are better than one. thanks

Hey, thank you very much.
After I spent too much time on searching how to unlock my 3connect Huawei Data Card, I finally found the work one, this site.
Additional, I’m a mac user and my device is Huawei E160g, my sis brought from UK (I’m living in Thailand). The device didn’t ask me to type the unlock code. This website provide me a useful tool and yes! for all mac user, http://support.unlocked-modem.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=3&nav=0,1,6
Anyway, the device still warning me that I’m going to roaming and it may come with extra charge although I changed the sim into the local one.
Is there any problem?

How can i insert the unlock code number of HUAWEI E1552 when i change the sim and connect the modem to the laptop, it prompted me “Action not Allowed”? and when i press OK, the software will disappear? Thanks for the solution if there is.

borrowed e1552 modem and unlocked it. i am using it now ‘coz the e1550 modem that came with my provider broke down and it has been under repair with no feedback up to now. latest billing shows i am continuously billed though i surrendered the equipment for repair. not wondering why so many complaints are lodged on this telco with regards to its aftersales service which seems unrealiable if it ever exists… good morning peeps

hello everybody i have found a software for unlocking huawei modem while surfing the net if any one want it then feel free to mail me i can send you all the detail about it
first of all you need universal master code software for knowing your unlocking key
after instaling software you have to enter your imei Number in it the software shows unlock key and flash key write it down in a peice of paper then download huawei modem code writer software enter your unlock key in it
your modem will be unlocked automatically
and second if you want to use call facility from your modem download mobile partner software but remember after connecting your modem you close the window which appear by default and open mobile partner software in it you have to make some setting in network that is the setting of your network provider mine is BSNL so i have made setting of BSNL and then you can make or receive call from your modem
my modem was huawei e 173Bu-1 which was locked to airtel which i had successfully unlocked and making, receiving calls
for further help you can mail me at my email i shall expalin you in detail

hello friends after surfing the net i found a method to unlock huawei e 1732 modem and that to without spending a single buck
i purchased a huawei modem which was locked to airtel and regarding this i was unaware
after inserting other network sim my modem use to ask me unlock code i had entered wrong unlock code 4 times
then after surfing net i found the code and the softwares to unlock this modem
and you dont beleive that i got a software by which you could make or receive call from pc itself by connecting your headphones and mic
this facility was not provided by the default modem softwares.
ok leave about it i shall now explain how to unlock your modem in easy method
first of all you have to download unlocking software to know unlock code of your modem
i have downloaded universal master code.exe software
and after downloading this software open it and enter your modem IMEI No which is located on your modem after removing its back cover.
you get two codes first is unlock code ******** 8 digit and second is flash code ******** 8 digit
then download huawei modem code writer v1.0b from http://www.sagmaster.com after downloading it open it under com port setup please select com port remember you have to close your modem and insert it again then only it detects your com port select your modem and press unlock modem
it ask you to enter your unlock code type the unlock code which was generated by universal master code and press unlock modem your modem is unlocked and can be used on any network provider
secondly you have to download mobile partner softwares to have your modem to receive/make calls install it and remember you have to close your default window that is airtel and insert your network provider network setup manually such as
apn,dailing no, user name, password etc and you will wonder that your modem is unlocked and even you can make, receive call directly from your pc.
friends kindly forward this message to all the friends who needs to unlock their modem
you can download dc unlocker client software to know the status of your modem this software shows whether your modem is unlocked
voice facililty enabled or not

while changing the settings in the huwai
follow these steps and enjoy unlimited net
1.go to tools
2.go to options
3.go to profile management
4.write profile name as aircelgprs by edit option
5.apn as static
6.in the apn slot write aircelgprs
7.acess no *99***1#
8. leave user name and pass word empty
9. click on save
10.click on default
then connect to network no error will be shown

Plz help…I’m having Huawei e367, Tatadocomo locked. I have updated it’s firmware and dashboard using files available at dc-files.com without any problem. While flashing it didn’t ask me for any flash-code. But when I tried to unlock my data-card using bsnl sim, it asked me for unlock code gave me 10 attempts. I used the unlock code generated by Universal MasterCode and Huawei Unlocker(both posted above) but couldn’t unlock it and all 10 attempts are lost. Now Mobile Partner says ”only specified sim/usim can be used”. I’m not getting any attempt window to insert any unlock code.
Please tell what I can do next, to get unlock window and let me have a correct code to unlock. IMEI of my device is

This how I use my Celcom Vodafone Modem with Maxis Sim Card (broadband).

I use the e600 data card installer to trick the modem so it could accept the maxis sim card
The only problem this old e600 Huawei Data Card Installer I could not find in the internet for download. Those who bought the data card will have this installer

I have purchased Micromax MX 352 3G data card from Shakarpur(Delhi) on 23.12.2011 in Rs 1700. It works on all 2G/3G SIMS and autoinstallable. I put my Airtel 3G SIM and speed is excellent. Do not go for cheap lockable datacard.

I’ve bought Vodafone 3G usb K3765. Through software I was able to unlock it. But then after some days following same unlock code it was showing error. Then I tried to Install Mobile partner software which removed vodafone software from usb. But now I cannot use vodafone network neither reliance 3G network. It became useless now. Please help me how make it functioning on either of network or restore back with vodafone software?

hello,
i m having following modem :-
Model : Huawei E1750C
IMEI : 355013046740035
S/N : NJA5TA1141800902
UNLOCK : 33610287
FLASH : 51555276
I am having all my unlocking code and everything was going correct but, once i have updated my modem and its dashboard changed. I was using AIRCEL POCKET INTERNET 3G and then it becomes AIRCEL POCKET INTERNET SUPER PRO 3G. now if i use other sim the net donot work. dashboard contains fixed access point. it canot be changed. and everytime i uninstall and again instal the modem its shows the same dashboard software. is the anything possible to change the dashboard to its lower version software.

Thanks a lot for this post that still remain fresh uptill date. Just need to know while some modem this day don’t unlock with the 8 digit unlock code but need between 14 to 16 digits to make the OK on the code dashboard clickable. Some having access to unlockers that only generate 8digits.What is the solution.
