Online Profits logoIf you are an active player in the blogosphere, you should have already heard of Online Profits by now. It is a new project by Daniel Scocco of Daily Blog Tips, partnering with some best player in the field of internet marketing and online business—namely Michael Gray, Neil Patel, Yaro Starak, Tamar Weinberg, Hamlet Batista, Zac Johnson, Courtney Tuttle, and Nathan Rice.

The training program will stop accepting new members by January 16, but will re-open its door by the end of 2009. For the first batch of members, meaning those joining by January 16, will be only paying $48 monthly, half of what those joining in late 2009 will be paying.

However, even at 50% off, $48 isn’t really affordable, especially to those who are barely making enough online to pay off their hosting bills. You may want try your luck to win a free membership pass by participating in Daniel’s contest, or John’s, or both!

Internet. Serious Business.

Daniel sent me the first 2 lessons of the total 66 lessons via email, and my first impression was, wall of text! I felt dizzy after digesting both the lessons (4200 words) at one go. The good news is you don’t really have to read those lessons. An audio is included in each lesson, which will do all the reading, and you, just listen. (the bad news is Daniel didn’t send me them)

Lesson 1 is an introduction, comprising these topics:

  • A Brief History of The World Wide Web
  • What is marketing?
  • What is Internet marketing?

While Lesson 2:

  • Principle 1: Create Value
  • Principle 2: Keep the Profits in Mind
  • Principle 3: Strategic Planning
  • Principle 4: Action
  • Principle 5: Don’t avoid competition, beat it
  • Principle 6. Perseverance

I like how success and failure stories are brought into these lessons, serving as good examples along the lesson.

To have a sneak peek of what Online Profits is all about, just shoot Daniel an email telling him you’d like to blog about Online Profits, and request for the first two lessons for reviewing.
