Windows Live Messenger logoWindows Live Messenger 2011 might spot a cleaner interface and better Facebook integration, but to many users, these doesn’t justify the inability to change display name and other missing features like handwriting.

TweetDeck’s CEO claims that Chrome TweetDeck, available in Google’s newly launched Chrome Web Store is “definitely our best version of a desktop TweetDeck so far“. While exploring the new Facebook profile yesterday, I decided to create a Facebook Page for SheepTech. It is however not possible to create a vanity URL for that page without first obtaining 25 fans.

To reach that target, I will be holding a contest giving away $10 to a lucky fan on Christmas.

How to win?
All you have to do is Like SheepTech’s Facebook page and you are in. As easy as that.

On 25th December, the winner will be selected randomly using Random.org, and will be announced here on SheepTech, Facebook, as well as Twitter.

Payment will be made via PayPal. Bank transfer is only possible if the winner holds a Malaysian bank account, the prize will be converted to RM30 regardless of the currency exchange rate.

After launching the new Facebook Messages, Facebook is set to bring another major change to its 500 million users: a new profile design.

The new profile design put the spotlight on your basic information like job, college, location, relationship, language, birthday etc. These information will now appear right under your name. Your recently tagged photos come up next, so that your profile viewers will know what you are up to recently without even reading your wall posts.
